Ottocast products work for most cars with factory head units that have wired Apple Carplay or Android Auto. These cars range from 2016 to current models. Our products do not work for cars that do not have a touch screen.
Please see our compatibility page to see which models require a wired Apple CarPlay connection vs which require a wired Android Auto connection.

Because we are only and Australian distributor of this product, at this time we can only offer technical support to customers who purchased directly from here on our website.
If you purchased from ottocast.com (ottocast.com,)or elsewhere, please seek the appropriate support from the platform you purchased on.
If our team can't resolve the issue with your Ottocast unit, you can access your 1-year manufacture warranty and return the product. The units are assessed once collected from the PO Box before issuing your refund. Please ensure you send back all packaging and parts undamaged with the unit.
