Blake from Ottocast AU team was very helpful in going through the options and confirming that the device would actually work in my car. I had already purchased a competing product which did not work as intended so I was skeptical but Blake ensured that he highlighted the return policy and was willing to help with any troubleshooting if required. The device worked out of the box in my Mitsubishi Pajero GLS 2018 out of the box with a Y cable as Blake had recommended. I'm a very happy customer!

This has been one of the easiest tech gadgets I have ever installed and used. I now enjoy using Apple Carplay more and avoid the temptation to use my phone while driving. Highly recommend.

I actually did not receive my product. However, this was due to helpful honest guidance from the sales team who advised the product was not suitable for my vehicle.
